Welcome to the The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Stamina Upgrades locations guide that helps you get Max Stamina to run for longer in the Nintendo Switch open-world action-adventure game.
You’ll gain extra Stamina upgrades in the shape of Stamina Vessels, which is an important item that restores some of the stamina you lost to the gloom, increasing the size of your Stamina Wheel.
Collect 4 Light of Blessing glowing crystals*, you get 1 per 1 completed Shrine. Then find a Goddess Statue (an upgrade shrine shaped like a stone angel statue) in any major settlement and offer the Light of Blessing crystals you’ve collected. You’ll receive 1 Stamina Vessel in exchange for every 4 Light of Blessing crystals.
*”A Light of Blessing is a crystal that glows with a yellow light that purges ancient evil and purifies with its radiance.”
