Talent Sourcing Platform CBREX Raises $3 Mn In Fresh Funding


CBREX, a global B2B driven talent sourcing platform that connects enterprises and recruitment agencies, has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by WaterBridge Ventures.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be used to ramp up the US go-to-market, on sales and marketing for new markets, and building new products. The startup will now expand its engineering teams and hire for design roles.

Co-founded by Gautam Sinha (CEO), Chandan Sardeshmukh (CPO), Karunjay Anand (CTO), and Sanjeev Punwani (COO), CBREX is a B2B driven talent sourcing platform that enables talent acquisition teams and recruitment agencies to collaborate for the recruitment of any talent anywhere in the world.

Speaking about the development, Gautam Sinha, Co-founder and CEO of CBREX, said,

“We have been fairly active in the US market and will be putting more focus there. We are also seeing potential for growth in the Middle East and Singapore.”

CBREX provides enterprises access to vendor analytics, fill ratios and pipeline analysis that automates their vendor engagement process making it more efficient and bringing down the time to hire.

The startup also enables recruiting firms of all sizes to access validated open requisitions from enterprise hirers, based on their areas of expertise. Its customers include technology, healthcare and pharma enterprises, with expansion into other tech-driven roles like robotics and financial services.

Currently, CBREX is present in over 20 countries. Over the next year, it aims for a 4-5x growth in revenues.
