New Pokemon merchandise is on the way, and this time it will involve shoes from Puma. The official Twitter account shared a quick teaser video announcing the collaboration. It didn’t offer any additional details about the new collection. All it noted is that it will appear “soon.” People interested will be able to purchase the gym shoes from the Pokemon Center online storefront.
Here is the full teaser from Twitter. Given the shade of yellow used for the Puma logo and Pikachu’s appearance, it seems reasonable to guess the electric mouse will be a part of the collection.

Puma products with notable Nintendo characters on them aren’t uncommon. For example, in 2020 the company released some NES sneakers. In 2021, it introduced an Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection.
Likewise, Pokemon merchandise often appears from popular manufacturers or creators. Uniqlo’s sold shirts with characters on them. In early 2022, the Pokemon Meets Artist shirts showed up in-store. Converse created shoes inspired by the little monsters. Also, new Bear Walker skateboard decks are continually added to the Pokemon Center.
The Puma Pokemon shoes will show up in the Pokemon Center in the near future.
