Marvel Snap snags Mobile Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2022

The Game Awards 2022 recently concluded, and all the most awesome titles of the year received their well-deserved accolades. It came as no surprise that Elden Ring took home the biggest trophy of them all, game of the year. On the mobile front, the recently released mobile game, Marvel Snap takes the cake.

Nuverse, Second Dinner, and Marvel Entertainment’s superhero card battler, Marvel Snap was voted best mobile game of the year for 2022. And they won this award by outcompeting some really strong games that included the wildly popular Genshin Impact, the much-awaited Apex Legends Mobile, Diablo Immortal, and the hit MMORPG, Tower of Fantasy.

In addition to this, the popular DJ Martin Garrix was also at The Game Awards and he alongside producer JVKE released a new mix called Hero, which is Marvel Snap’s new anthem track. It’s an awesome new beat to vibe to with an even cooler music video attached to it.

The animated video features a tonne of Marvel’s characters on an adventure. These heroes and villains are used to exemplify all the hardships people face falling in and out of love by showing epic Marvel love stories.

While there aren’t really any other awards for mobile games, Genshin Impact did manage to get its hands on the Players Voice award.
