Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost- ditches the VR to release on Xbox

Last Labyrinth is now on Xbox – without the VR

Having first released to the world as a VR-based escape room experience, Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost- now comes to Xbox, ditching off the VR elements as it goes.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost- from AMATA sees you acclimatising to a dark new world, one in which a young girl stands in the darkness. It’s up to you to create a bond with this girl – but how do you do so if she speaks a language you do not understand?

Running escape room tendencies, Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost- plunges you into a mansion that is full of the most hideous of dangers. It’s here where you meet Katia – voiced by Stefanie Joosten, the voice and model for the silent and deadly Quiet in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain – before you go about working together to understand the predicament you are in.

Put together by a team lead by Hiromichi Takahashi, Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost- has some serious names behind it. If you’re at all familiar with the scene then you may well have heard of the likes of Co-Director Tetsuya Watanabe, Lead Animator Atsuko Fukuyama, Lead Environment Artist Michiko Kusaba, and Sound Designer Takuya Hanaoka. Will their participation sway you into a purchase of the game?

Expect a review of Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost- on Xbox from us soon. For now you can head towards the Xbox Store, pay up the £24.99 asking price and take home a download of the game for yourself.
