Believe it or not, we’re in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s launch month! While the Pokémon Scarlet/Violet Switch OLED is available today, both games are set to launch on November 18th, 2022. Ahead of that launch, Pokémon Co. is spreading the word around the world with some fancy advertising takeovers.
First up is Sendai Station in Japan, which now has huge banners and posters promoting the upcoming release of Pokémon Scarlet And Violet. Pikachu is of course part of the advertising, but the promotional materials also put the spotlight on the legendaries Koraidon and Miraidon, and the Paldean starter Pokemon.
Following that is a 7-Eleven location in Taiwan that has some fresh Pokémon Scarlet/Violet advertising. This makeover includes promotional materials both inside and outside the store, so there’s no way people miss it! If you happen to be in Taiwan, you can visit this location yourself at No. 1152, Huaxia Road, Zuoying District (Chonghui Store) in Kaohsiung Taiwan.
Finally, Singapore’s Orchard MRT Station has been outfitted with Pokémon Scarlet/Violet advertising, complete with artwork on the turnstiles, massive pillar banners and more. While Pokemon Scarlet/Violet launch on Nov. 18th, 2022, these marketing materials will stay in place until November 30th, 2022.
