Geri Halliwell-Horner And Djimon Hounsou Are The Gran Turismo Film’s Newest Cast Members

Geri Halliwell-Horner, better known as Ginger Spice from the eclectic girl group the Spice Girls is one of the latest addition to the cast of PlayStation’s upcoming Gran Turismo film.

Oscar nominated Djimon Hounsou is the other newest addition to the film’s cast, and the pair are to be playing the parents of the film’s protagonist, played by Archie Madekwe.

The film’s story will follow Madekwe as he tries to make the jump from elite Gran Turismo player to an elite racer in the real world, with retired driver David Harbour helping to guide him.

Currently the film is still set to arrive this coming summer, on August 11, 2023, and when it does it’ll be the second film we’ve seen so far in PlayStation’s surge of adaptations.

In other PlayStation Productions news, the tv series fans have been waiting for, HBO’s The Last Of Us finally has a release date for this coming January.
