Developer Of Callisto Protocol Unveils The PC Requirements For Max And Ultra Settings For The Horror Game

The developer of the highly-awaited horror game, Callisto Protocol, Striking Distance Studios has finally released the PC hardware requirements to play the upcoming game in either Max or Ultra settings.

This comes just a week after the official Twitter handle of the game revealed the Minimum and Recommended settings for it.

Developer Of Callisto Protocol Unveils The PC Requirements For Max And Ultra Settings For The Horror Game

Callisto Protocol, which is believed by many as the final big game release for the 2022 calendar year, is directed by the co-creator of Dead Space, Glen Schofield.

Though unofficial, the upcoming survival horror game is believed to be the spiritual successor of the beloved sci-fi horror series.

However, gamers shouldn’t be confused. Dead Space, itself, isn’t a dead franchise – not by a long shot. In fact, the series’ first game is up for a remake sometime next year.

Callisto Protocol is about to be released for both the current and previous-generation consoles as well as PC. Below is a screenshot of the official tweet specifying the MAX and ULTRA PC requirements for the game:

As you may expect from a gorgeous-looking and atmospheric game such as the Callisto Protocol, its hardware requirements to play in the highest settings prove to be quite demanding.

Fortunately for console players, they wouldn’t have to worry about any of these.

Apart from specifying the PC hardware requirements to run the game in MAX and ULTRA settings, the developer didn’t reveal anything else that may still be a wonder to players waiting patiently for the game.

The game’s resolution or frame rate to which the game would run on both the MAX and ULTRA settings hasn’t been specified yet.

The Callisto Protocol is set to release on December 2, 2022, for PC and all major consoles apart from Nintendo Switch.
